SCTE Announces Shortlist for 2017 Technological Innovation Awards
HERTFORDSHIRE, UK — 17 May 2017 — SCTE™, the Society for Broadband Professionals, has announced the shortlist for its 2017 Technological Innovation Awards. The winners will be announced at the SCTE’s Annual Dinner on 17 June 2017 at the prestigious venue of Drapers’ Hall in London, UK.
Open to the entire broadband industry, the awards are for technological innovation in the broadband arena and may be for a product, system or concept. The item nominated must have been introduced into the marketplace between 1 January 2016 and 31 December 2016. The shortlisted companies and products in each award category are:

|Arcom Digital LLC||Network Traffic Compatible (NTC) Time Domain Reflectometer (TDR).|
|Technetix Ltd.||DBx optical modules.|

|Harmonic Inc.||EyeQ video compression optimisation solution.|
|DVEO||ARQ Link HD IP 2ch encoder/decoder pair with "DOZER" UDP packet recovery protocol extension.|
“Best CPE solution”
|ARRIS||DCX960 set-top box.|
|Teleste||Class A++ flylead with cold flow (Creep) and galvanic compensation.|
The best overall submission will receive the SCTE 2017 Technological Innovation of the Year Award. Last year’s winner of this award was Teleste for its Double Galvanic Isolated Multimedia Coaxial Cable Extender.
