The SCTE is proud to present two new training bursaries for its members, in conjunction with The Cable Center in the USA, for its new future-focused leadership programme and entrepreneurship academy (TCC-IA). This nine-week life skills programme is specifically aimed at rising stars in the cable industry and will educate and empower industry ‘up and comers’ to be more entrepreneurial with projects and become ‘intrapreneurs’ (envisioning and effecting innovation in their organisation’s corporate structure).
SCTE™, the Society for Broadband Professionals, has announced the shortlist for its 2018 Technological Innovation Awards. The winners will be announced at the SCTE’s Gala Annual Dinner on 2 June 2018 at the prestigious venue of One Great George Street in Westminster, London, UK.
Don’t miss the SCTE Spring Lecture on 28 March 2018 at One Great George Street in London (Westminster). This year’s event will be centred on DOCSIS Duplex, FTTH, video workflows, parallel optics and Virtual Segmentation. It will also feature a panel discussion on “DOCSIS”, chaired by Julian Clover, editor of Broadband TV News.
The SCTE Benelux Group will be holding its Annual Gala Dinner in Belgium on 8 February 2018. SCTE members will enjoy a four-course banquet, with entertainment and live music by “duo Prettig Geregeld”. Don’t miss this key networking and social event!
