In line with our mission to educate and inform, we provide SCTE® Presents events throughout the year usually taking place in the Spring, Summer and Autumn.
Each SCTE® Presents day is designed around an important industry topic and the speakers are hand-picked to provide audiences with technical knowledge, commercial expertise and projections about the business. Past events have focussed on sustainability, rural broadband reach and future technologies.
Our speakers are of the highest calibre, willingly share insights and most importantly, openly discuss the issues that affect the business of broadband. Our Q & A open sessions often bring up the most argued points!
These events also provide essential networking opportunities and to that end we offer a welcome breakfast, refreshment breaks and a full lunch as well as networking drinks in the evening.
Sponsors support including demonstration areas and presentations compliment the day's activities and we offer a range of opportunities for this.
We are always looking for industry speakers to be part of our panel discussions and presentations. If you interested in being part of a forthcoming SCTE® Presents event please email Melissa Cogavin on This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Forthcoming changes to broadcast TV distribution in the UK will have a significant impact on all ISPs - altnets and incumbents alike. Peaks in traffic associated with mass-appeal live events are already with us, and when DTT and DSAT are switched off, all that traffic is headed to broadband. How the industry intends to manage this shift and much more was discussed in detail.
